Our Owner, Diane, will often be the first person to greet you at the door.
She has been apart of the Val’s Bridal Team for over 6 years. In 2004 she purchased Val’s Bridal and has been shaping the store into what it has become today. She looks forward to seeing you very soon.

Our Dress Staff, absolutely love to work with all kinds of Brides, Bridesmaids, Flower Girls, Moms, and High School Seniors getting ready for their big day!
We are just as excited as you are, to find that perfect dress! We are not aggressive and we will NEVER try to push you into anything you aren’t absolutely in love with. We will listen to you and help you, and suggest any or all dresses we feel would make you look fabulous. From the moment you walk through our door you will soon agree our Dress staff are different in a very good way. We look forward to making your dress search experience a happy one!

Our Alterations Experts, bring over 60 years of combined experience to Val’s
in-house alterations. That means that we are sure to provide you with quality workmanship and peace of mind. Plus having in-house alterations (Val’s is the only Bridal Shop in Durham that has seamstresses on-site) you will not have to bring your dress anywhere – it is safe and sound at our shop until you are ready to pick it up!
