Store Etiquette

We are not a stuffy, uncomfortable shop – but we are a Bridal Shop – and we have quite a few dresses that are white, off white and very delicate. We want you to enjoy your experience with us so we ask that you keep a few requests in mind:

Food & Drink
Sorry but, absolutely no food or drink (this even means coffee with lids).

Children
We love our children, and we know they are an important part of many bridal parties. And we will welcome them warmly if you bring them. We do recommend however, that unless they are part of the bridal party that they stay home. We want your experience to be as stress-free as possible and we to ensure we can give you our undivided attention.

Shoes
During the winter months we request you take your shoes off at the front door. We have comfy slippers for you to wear around the shop.

Appointments
Appointments are not necessary. However, on busy days they are preferred, so we know how many of our Dress Team should be on the floor assisting you. Please note that your appointment is for you only. If you would like to bring other members of your Bridal party please call ahead to make their appointments too. We will do our very best to ensure you are taken care of in a timely manner but sometimes previous appointments will run a little long. We appreciate your patience and we promise to spend the same quality of time with you too.

Tips from the Experts
When you come in to look for your perfect dress or gown, it is a great help to bring a strapless bra, your Spanx (or anything you might plan on wearing) and a pair of heels. It will make it easier to envision yourself in the dress.

If you have pictures of gowns you like from any designer, bring them with you. It will help us understand the styles you like.
